Ted's Montana Grill

We were very disappointed Teds wasn't open. We planed a trip to the theater after eating a late lunch at Ted's, only to find out they're closed "temporarily". Both Google and Trip Advisor said it was open.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was great. This location is true to brand and exactly what you expect from this chain.

Can’t speak for the rest of our party but my partner were so put off immediately upon arriving. The server didn’t approach us for 20 minutes after we arrived. Hardly tended our table at all. I ordered a medium rare ribeye - it arrived WELL done. My partner could barely cut his bison strip it was so tough. The rest of the party was pretty unimpressed with their dishes as well. Not sure how we ended up so much for a subpar meal; we could’ve definitely cooked the same meal at home and did a better job. Don’t waste your time and money here.

It’s incredible how good this place once was and how bad it is now. Sure, the food is still ok, maybe even good but the service….. If I sit at the bar for ten minutes and no one greets me, I’m gone for ever. You’ve lost a repeat customer.
