Teal House Coffee & Bakery

I’ve been wanting to go for months now, I finally got the chance and the service was not pleasant at all. Guy was rude and when asked the question response was really quick and dry. My husband asked about the danish which my bad they were kolaches not danishes how the man referred to. I got their cinnamon roll, which I have been wanting, which was very undercooked dough was raw. Tables were dirty had to ask to have mine clean. Were they had the condiments at Little Sugar packets were wet nothing wiped down. Was kind of confused on where we should throw our plates. When we did try to ask two people that were stocking shirts. We got no response overall just a terrible. And to think I was really excited to go I have been bugging my husband for months. He works six days out of the week and only day off is Sunday and they’re closed. Just terrible do better.

Cute little bakery with delicious cinnamon rolls! My daughter, in her words, gives it 10 stars Worth a visit.

Beat breakfast sandwich!

I placed a decent sized to go order and showed up 10 minutes early, they still boxed up the delicious treats right then and I was in my way. It was very efficient! And omg, the cinnamon rolls and croissants are some of the best I have ever eaten, if not the best, don’t miss out on this place! PSA: they run out of croissants early!

We’ve had a couple bad experiences with the service, but we’ll come back every time for the breakfast sandwich and croissants

This is one of my favorite coffee houses in Austin. I love the location on Congress and I also love the location in Kyle Texas. The croissants are amazing. They offer some of the best tasting coffee. Please treat yourself to a princess Diana coffee, hot or cold.

The pastries are delicious, fluffy and made in house. They have the best Gluten free options ever. The owner is just amazing

Food is good when you can get it. Constantly "out" of items (insteading of just making enough). Service is terrible. Instead of adding another register to move the line they have the order taker ALSO filling orders. Too many times coming in and they be "out" of items only hours after opening. Won't be back. EDIT: shame on me. I thought to give them another chance and suprise. Same issue out of items. Cashier even said... we always are running out of that so fast. Have you considered making more?
