This is the best boba place to sit and work. I really wish I could find a similar place in the bay area. Lots of groups meet here, so the place is usually packed in the evening. Just to be clear, the tea here is just okay. You’ll also probably notice your clothes will smell a bit from the fryer…

Best place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. There's always groups and individuals spicing up the room; but without disturbing others so it's still peaceful. Boba, food, people. Why go anywhere else.

I love this place so much. Consistently great boba and service and is the perfect place to study or just hang out. The only thing I really don’t like about this place is after spending a few hours doing work here, I come home smelling like chicken. Like very strongly of chicken. Which is why I don’t plan on going back as much :,( I wish they would close off the kitchen somehow so that the smell doesn’t infuse into my skin and hair lol

great place great drinks great boba. the staff is so nice (usually) great place to study bc they have free wifi and outlets to charge your devices Dietary restrictions: all milk teas and smoothies are made with non-dairy creamer by default so anybody with a lactose intolerance is safe here. they also offer soy, oat, almond, coconut, and whole milk for an additional 50 cents if youd prefer those. Wheelchair accessibility: it’s all flat and there are ramps from the parking lot to the door

A café that is crowded mainly with young people. You can relax for a long time with just one drink. The food is also delicious and reasonably priced.
