There was a hair in my food and the service is suuuuper slow.
Used to be one of my favorite places to eat when I travel for vacation. I tried to go there today but there was a sign on the door to enter from the alley. I walked down a little ways and couldn't find it so I left to eat somewhere else. I'm not from the area so don't know my way around that much. They should just open the entrance from the street like a normal restaurant.
Arrived and sat myself at an unbussed table outside. 10 mins later server came out and ignored me. Change to a table closer that was clean. Ignored. Left after 25 mins. On a Saturday afternoon folks food and beer are your bread and butter.
Great aux. The service was a little slow but still attentative. The food, however, was sub-par. I got the avocado taco and expected at least a quarter of an avocado. It seems like I got only 1 slice. Very underwhelming. Vegetarian options: Not very good. -18 year vegetarian
Great new atmosphere BUT ......Cold food and slower service than the old location. Every time I go down to C. Springs from Denver I go to T-Byrds. I always start with chips and queso and have fish tacos and elote. Well tonight, my first visit at the new location, was not good. Do you know that feeling you get when you know the food is taking to long? That happened tonight and when it finally arrived (all together although I asked for the queso as an appetizer),the food was room temperature, except for my sister's quesadilla. By the time the server finally asked us how everything was, we were almost finished eating. The flavor was still good but the coldness of the food took away from the enjoyment. The server offered to have the food remade but it was too late. She did comp the queso which we only had 2 bites of. It was pretty bad served cold and I used to love it. I can tell you with 99 percent certainty that our food sat in the kitchen after being prepared for quite a long time before it was delivered. That is why it was so cold. The servers were so far away from the kitchen, and hanging out in the bar area (we were the furthest from the bar you can get), I think that they forgot to check on our orders. Also I'm pretty sure they had shots with 2-3 people sitting at the bar. Nothing wrong with that I'm all about it, but you need to remember that people are waiting on their food. Next time I'm in town I won't be going back to T-Birds. It's time for a new restaurant that can actually serve hot food like the old T-Birds did so well at the old location. Good luck in your new location T-Birds, you are going to need it!
Incredible experience! Mia and Mackenzie took amazing care of us! I love the new location, vibe, and the music! Would definitely come back and recommend!
The dynamite shrimp taco and chili lime shrimp tacos were really really good. The queso was fantastic and the cocktails were unique but seemed a little on the pricey side for what seemed like light pours but maybe that's just me! Service was friendly and attentive. Overall everything was pretty dang good.
