T-Bones

I’m a local and came here many times with my family to celebrate different occasions. Until last night. I brought a guest from out of town for a happy hour and made an attempt to ask a bar tender if we can seat at two empty seats at bar to which she carelessly barked at me that these two seats are taken but we can seat anywhere else and after glancing at the rest of the bar and seeing that there are no empty seats she just looked away and continued washing glasses. I received the worst gesture of hospitality, we were completely dismissed. My friend was very disappointed too. We ended up going to Lotus of Siam and had excellent service and meal. What good of a place it is if the service absolutely terrible?

Took my brother out to a nice dinner for my birthday ;) You can tell from the photo he was satisfied lol. Overall the meal and service was excellent. They have wine pairings that go all the way up into the 10s of thousands. If you want a very high end wine, they will have it!

My wife and I ate dinner at the T-Bones Bar. Reservations were not required, which definitely made it extra convenient. Considering the food quality, level of service , and that we didn’t have to drive to the Las Vegas Strip, a welcomed surprise to have this hidden little gem so close to our home in Summerlin . Here’s my list of things you can’t miss: The Crab Cakes are very good and the portions are very generous. Fresh chunks of large crab served with fresh lemon . 5/5. There’s just too much value to pass this up. We shared the USDA Prime Petite Filet Mignon. They cut the filet in half and served it on separate plates. The cut of meat was excellent, hand trimmed so it was lean like a filet should be, tender, and it had a wonderful beefy flavor. We ordered our Filet Mignon medium rare. It was served with a perfectly warm red center (~132.5 F). The steak seasoning was good, a little on the bland side, but the deep beef flavor had no problem filling in. 4.5/5. You get what you pay for and this slightly exceeded expectations. We added on Pan-Seared Scallops. 2x U-8 Scallops served with a fresh and Lemon Butter Garlic sauce. The Pan-Seared Scallops were served warm and despite the sauce being AMAZING the tenderness of the scallops stole the show! Melt in your mouth perfection with a perfect crust to tie it all in. 5/5 We added in two Lobster tails, but instead 2x3oz tails they served us 1x6oz tail. Perfectly cooked, sweet lobster meat served with the same great Garlic Butter Lemon sauce. 5/5 Mac & Cheese was wonderful. Don’t miss the opportunity to capture some viral content with the cheese pull that thing delivers. The Parmigiano Reggiano Fondue provides nice smooth finish. 5/5 My waste line and wallet can’t afford eating like this daily, but for special occasions or when you get a chance to take date night to the next level, this is the perfect steak house in Summerlin. Parking: 2 large parking garages and 2 open parking lots in the front and back of the property. Wheelchair accessibility: There’s Elevator access to the property, Large entrance and a table dinning area, as well as a ramp to the larger dining room.
