Great Vietnamese to-go place in Sunny Plaza. I never had the bahn cuon before so not sure what to expect but it turned out very good. Everything in the box is fresh and tastes good. The pandan coffee is also great. Not too strong coffee but strong pandan flavor (which is great!). The rice and noodle are like Asian fusion. At lunch time the wait could take long. Servers are so nice!

Clean takeout only in a small shopping strip. The banh xeo was really good, the sauce, nước Chấm, was actually. There prices were reasonable. Eating there is challenging because they only give you a box so spreading it out to roll it with the lettuce then dip was messy. The accompanying herbs was actually really authentic, là lộc, only the Vietnam we and Japanese would eat. Protip. Eating there is not an option even though they a few stools with wall table but it's actually meant to people waiting to pick up order.

Very reasonable price. Pho was a bit too sweet for us.

Ordered a Banh Xeo Pork & Shrimp (No shrimp but extra pork) and 2 orders of Spring Rolls Grilled Pork Sausage. The Banh Xeo is large and crispy, with a bean sprout and onion filling. The House sauce that is included makes a nice complement. There's a decent amount of greens provided, the lettuce and mint leaves are a good amount. All packaged in a very nice cardboard box. The Spring Rolls are packaged more simply by comparison but that doesn't take away from the quality. Nicely folded, with a good portion in each bite. The included Orange dipping sauce tastes good with it. More than likely, you'll have more sauce than you need so they could probably switch to slightly smaller sauce containers. All of it was packaged in a pretty cool reusable bag so pretty happy and amused by that. Location is in a busy plaza and parking can be tight so be careful when you park. The store is very simple, no indoor seating, this is run very optimized as a takeout location. They do have a self serve screen to order in store or you can call ahead or order online. Parking: Free parking lot, front area spaces have a time limit and some spots are very tight. There is more parking in the inside rear of the plaza when you enter.

Banh xeo didn’t have much protein… way too much bean sprout and onion instead. Nice concept with takeout packaging though.

A modern twist on vietnamese cuisine! If you're a packaging fan, this place is for you. Order ahead on the uber eats app so you can just pick up and go. And don't forget to check in on yelp to score a free drink! Parking can be a bit difficult on a busy weekend. I usually either get the com tam or banh cuon. The com tam pork never fails to hit the spot. They know how to bbq their meats. The banh cuon always tastes fresh and delicious. Dont forget to their sweet and sweet potato fritter.
