Perfect date night spot. Great food great drinks. Not cheap but nothing feels overpriced at all. Absolutely worth the price. Will be going back and 10/10 recommend.

First time here, my husband and I both had the cioppino. It was wonderful! Very different than what I've had before. Broth was think, more like a sauce, had a since to it....delicious. We will definitely be back.

Just ok. Pizza was overpriced and super average. Salmon was still raw in center. Wife told server in passing and he just ignored the comment. Told us he slipped and fell in the kitchen because we care?? Better choices out there.

Delicious food, server was a little over-zealous—but better than being ignored. Excellent dining experience.

Excellent staff, not to mention the food & drink menu is off the charts. The price is right for downtown but won't break the bank! The Flatbreads are a must!! The Tuna Tartare and the Beef Tartare are crazy soft and fresh, "melts in your mouth" is an understatement -- Oh, and don't forget to dump the little metal cup filled with yolk all over the beef before you start! I am a big octopus fan so naturally I opted for the Charred Octopus. (04.01.24) We went back for our anniversary this year and the staff and the food was again, amazing! The mussels were tender and briny, but the beef tartare is still my favorite I can't get enough of it!! The star of the show that night though was the Pistachio cake. It has to be one of the best desserts I've ever had the pleasure of eating. I joked about ordering another one to take home... well, I said I was joking. But then I was disappointed when there wasn't a slice waiting for me the next morning I will be going back just for a piece of pistachio heaven! (And probably a tartare, let's not kid ourselves.) We ordered two desserts: the Affogato, which is a beautiful espresso that you pour directly on top of two scoops of beautifully creamy ice cream in a martini glass (very posh) and the pistachio cake. Knowing it was our anniversary the staff treated us to a 3rd dessert!: a slice of the strawberry glaze cake! It sounds so simple that a lot of people don't order it and that's such a shame because it was a beautiful little slice of happiness. We end up at Taverna every few months for afternoon snacks and it never disappoints! If you haven't been -- go. And get the beef tartare and pistachio cake!
