Must stop when in Boston. Always tasty and filling.
Probably my favorite Tatte to date. This is where the magic happens behind the scenes.
As with most chain restaurants, they get too big and start slacking on service. I order from Tatte on Old Colony Ave at least once a week, and I’m sad to say that the last few orders have left a lot to be desired. Today the grilled cheese was not “grilled”. The cheese was hardly melted and the tomato soup had close to 6 large whole basil leaves just thrown inside. To spend about $20 for lunch (includes my required Halva brownie, which is always delicious) and experience such a decline in quality is really disappointing. And it’s not just that location, others are going down hill as well.
