Tasty Vietnam

I saw there was a grand opening promotion. Ordered to try a combo of banh mi, spring rolls and soft drinks. I forgot to take pictures of the spring rolls and soft drinks. Next time I'll make up for it. First about the banh mi, I have chance to visit Vietnam several times and have been very impressed with their banh mi. I didn't expect to be able to enjoy that taste again in Birmingham. It's not easy to find. Banh mi with soft meat, fragrant pate, crispy and mildly sour pickles, served with cilantro and a crust of banh mi that is crispy on the outside, soft but hollow on the inside. The taste is extremely different from the baguette I usually eat. Secondly, about spring rolls. A soft, chewy rice paper goes with vegetables, vermicelli, shrimp, and meat. All are rolled into moderately long rolls. The highlight of this dish is the peanut sauce. Trust me, it's super delicious. Please try then come back and say thank you to me. (jkd) Finally, the shop's service is very lovely and thoughtful. You can advise according to your taste (for example: more spicy, less spicy, don't like pickle , don't eat cilantro, are allergic to certain ingredients,...). A great meal for the weekend. Delivery service of Banh Mi to certain locations in Birmingham. Absolutely delicious and good size portion. Would 100% recommend. Hoping they open a shop soon!

so nice to see a place selling traditional banh mi in Birmingham!!!! i can’t even tell you how delicious the baguette is and all the flavours work so so well together i ordered the pork banh mi last time and tried tofu this time around and was absolutely blown away. if you’re veggie you HAVE to try it, was one of the best vegetarian meals i’ve ever had

Mình thích cách chủ tiệm làm vỏ bánh. Giòn rụm. Nhân bánh thì đầy đặn, vị của thịt và rau thơm, đồ chua hoà quyện. Tình cờ biết đến tiệm qua 1 người bạn. Lần sau sẽ lại ủng hộ! Tóm tắt là ngon nha.

Ngon lắm luôn! Có cả chả heo chả bò thịt xá xíu đúng kiểu việt nam. Lại ngay sát nhà thoải mái qua ăn So delicous and authentic! Awesome banh mi the traditional foods in Vietnam. I definitely highly recommend it to everyone!

Ngon, giá cả sinh viên, chủ shop rất nice và nhiệt tình. Gỏi cuốn đúng vị mình thích, bánh mì giòn tan, nhân đầy đặn. Điều đặc biệt là bơ, pate của bánh mì chính tay chủ shop tự làm nên rất thơm và chuẩn vị VN. Sẽ mua nhiều nhiều lần nữa
