Tasty Pot

I love this place. The pots are good and excellent service. Come at least once a week if not twice. My favorite is beef medium with Vermicelli and black tea. Parking: Free public parking structure behind the restaurant. Only down size is 99% of the time the elevator is out of service.

Save your time and money and go to the other chain. Bland flavors and inattentive service. My pot never boiled, not until the flame died down. We let the waitress know and they didn't care and did nothing other than adjusting the valve a little which did nothing at all. And they took back the bill and came back with a 18% service charge added to the bill after we complained again about the equipment malfunction. I thought they were going to give a discount or something! Very sneaky!

We order pots with lobster and crab but we do not know where to put the left over shells. The only way I can think of is to put those on the napkins. I hope they could provide plates to hold the shells. One more suggestion: It would be nice to provide the customer with plastic gloves to peel off the shells instead of using bare hands.

Nice flavor! Authentic Taiwanese flavor. We ordered the Taiwanese spicy pot. They are plenty kinds of vegetables and meat. The pot stock is good. And the volumn is big. Also we ordered the fried popcorn chicken. It’s crispy and tender. Good dining experience. 很道地的台灣火鍋 鍋子也很有特色 口味種類很多 台式麻辣火鍋有豆腐和米血湯頭鹹度適中份量很大很好吃 沙茶牛肉鍋也很香 鍋子的酒精燃料是包在底部的蠻有特色也安全 整體用餐環境很寬敞舒適 另外點了鹹酥雞 份量很多皮很酥脆肉質軟嫩很好吃 懷念台灣火鍋的很推薦來試試

午餐小火鍋的食材很多，吃到最後還是熱的。 就只有一位服務員，叫加湯等許久，影響服務品質。 用餐環境寬敞、乾淨，應該會回頭再吃！ Parking: 這區域停車要先google 好再去，否則會花很多時間找停車空間。
