We stopped by this place a couple times on our vacation and loved everything we tried! Parking: There's a full parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp up to the sidewalk. Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy free options.

This is the funniest boba place ever, how do you expect to be tipped, if you don’t even have basic manners, like welcome, thank you or even smile. Since I live nearby, I do notice, even tho it’s empty, if you don’t tip, they drag your order longer. Its funny huh, I always tip at boba place but just not at tastea, the worst customer service boba place. Not to mention their large drink is like $7+ while other boba place is like 5/6. Average boba with poor customer service. Better get your boba in 7leaves or Ding Tea. There are some nearby

I have done business here several times and the tea was great, service was moderate Went in again a few days ago cuz I could taste the honey add from my last visit Walked into the store with my gf, the 3 girls didn’t acknowledge us for a couple minutes, then one came up with her improper attitude/ no eye contact and gave us the “ what do you want?” I requested same drink as last time, gf got whatever. We went outside and waited for at least 15 minutes ( this wasn’t a meal) and still nobody at the window telling us our beverages are ready. More time goes by and still nothing, my gf goes up to the window and the other girl opens the mini fridge where the drinks had been sitting- unclaimed for who knows how long? PATHETIC customer service, and after all that my drink had zero honey Never going back!
