Thai Tea was amazing!! I was not expecting it to taste so good!!

I bought calamary and a tee, when I picked up my order they told me that the kitchen had already closed and that they would not give me the calamary and they would refund my money within 3 or 5 days, 2 weeks passed, I returned and explained to them and they told me that they would spend the Report to the owner, but until now I have not received my money or the product. 1160 N capitolave, san jose

I recently visited Tastea and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the service. The staff seemed disorganized, and it took longer than expected to get my order. The staff was extremely rude when I asked a question. I believe he drives the Porsche parked out in the front. When I inquired about the delay, the response was not very helpful, and overall, the service lacked the warmth I've come to expect from similar establishments. I hope the team can work on improving their efficiency and customer communication in the future.

Update: Not too busy, in fact, there was almost no one, but they were still late on an order that was scheduled. No apologies, nothing. The best tastea on the south side, and it's still too busy and too slow. Staff are great but you can tell they're struggling.

My husband loves the chicken here.. drinks are fine too.. but will come back for the chicken

The tea here is mid but you already knew that. Where the magic is at is in their slushes and smoothies.

Tried Peachme Sweetea and Thai tea. Pretty good! Fast service. Decent price. Asked for 50% sweetness but was told they can only do 25 and 75%. Not sure why that is the case.

There's nothing much to say about them, but they are TASTEA
