Best customer service i’ve had at a boba shop, drinks made fast

I am giving this a 5/5 because a specific employee made our experience wonderful. Vivian, thank you for a wonderful service. And the fries were bomb. Sour cream and onion for the win

Service and teas are always good and consistent. If you pike boba tea it's a good place. They don't have food at this location. Bit there is a THH sandwich place in the same building.

Drinks we received were milk with a splash of tea.

EVERY single time I go to this location they never have boba and the other add-ons aren’t good. Last time I got poisoned with their peach slides. Compared to other nearby locations their quality is terrible

Used to love going and getting a drink but lately the customer service is so bad and rude they just give you attitude even when your ordering hopefully and they start looking at all of these bad reviews and do something about it.
