Great atmosphere and ambiance. The food and wines are amazing. The shrimp and grits are the best that I've ever had.
My sister sings here during the colder months. I love this place. Nice atmosphere and the owners and employees are wonderful. They have a small menu with a variety of choices. I highly recommend this establishment.
It is a great spot in Augusta Downtown! I really love comming here for a glass of wine time to time.
I have been here a few times for wine tastings and have really enjoyed it. The owner is very knowledgeable and is easy to talk to. I’ve learned a lot about wine from conversations with him. I love that they do events all the time. I drive from out of town to go to them when my schedule allows it and it’s worth the hour drive every time.
This place is a must see! It’s quiet and cozy. Great servers. The food menu was a little small and pricy but, overall the taste wine room is a lovely little spot. Parking: Huge parking lot directly across from the place of business and it is free! Wheelchair accessibility: Double door entrance, perfect for those in need of bigger access.
While the wine and food is great - the service is terrible. I have been to taste multiple times - and each time the service is terrible. It comes down to the workers do not know how to act as servers. During the wine dinner - I had to ask for a caraf of water as no servers were roving the tables - and water is a must for a wine dinner.tip - maybe leave out water jugs ar each dinner. During the few times I have gone with friends - I’ve had issues with the bill (items wrong) and been ignored by the staff (ironically it’s been the same server each time). Additionally- the staff doesn’t seem that educated about the wine - when asking simple questions of where the wine is from or the grapes - there seems to be blank stares. All and all while this place has great potential - I think the staff needs to be educated.
Friendly bartender; upbeat atmosphere
This is a cozy and relaxing place to go for a drink and an appetizer. The bruschetta is tasty. We never felt rushed.
Ambiance was great. Drinks were great. Server kept walking outside with a friend, completely ignored our table for the most part. Food was severely lacking. Any place that thinks bruschetta is just grape tomatoes cut in half is laughable. 50 dollars down the drain for 2 drinks and 2 small plates. Left and went somewhere else for decent food. Definitely a let down since most other reviews were so great. Won't be returning. Edit in response to owner: I'm 100% familiar with brushcetta and unfortunately what I received at your establishment wasn't it. Your response also doesn't include why the service was atrocious.
