Meh - self service, overpriced, uncomfortable seating, no atmosphere

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I set up A private winetasting at this establishment by the event coordinator, who when I called they told me that I had to talk to him the event coordinator sent me a contract and let me know the in and out of the whole contract. I signed the contract and after the contract was signed, then the owner Ben told me that we also had to pay for food upfront and if we did not then he would cancel our reservation and said it doesn’t work for him even though the event coordinator didn’t tell us anything about purchasing food upfront. Ben was rude and disrespectful, and was not trying to work anything out even though it was never spoken about to us. Ben told us he’s at the top of the food chain when it comes to his business and everybody else doesn’t matter and kept on saying to me, this is why He fired the event coordinator. But once again that has nothing to do what was spoken to me about.

What a cool experience! I love being able to taste wines on my own pace… AND as many as I want!? The best. You’re allowed a new glass if you’d like, and Shaun was super attentive and available for any questions we had! I made a rookie mistake and accidentally knocked my wine glass over, the chef ran over with a towel to wipe the wine and came back with a new wooden board (with a couple extras) for our charcuterie board! The service here was TOP TIER. From walking in we were greeted with smiles, and leaving with smiles. Thank you so much again Shaun and Chef! We can’t wait to come back with our friends!

This was a really cute place! I went after work with a few coworkers. You can customize a charcuterie board, and they also have small dishes like sandwiches and salads. I ordered a club panini and it was amazing! I can’t comment on the wine because I didn’t order any, but it seems like they have a pretty decent selection and you can open a tab using a little card they give you. The card can then be used at the “wine machines” (idk the proper term lol) to taste or get a half or full glass of the wine of your choice. Would definitely go back.

The cashier wasn’t that friendly. We ask a question about the menu. The waitress answered it but walked off.we felt like we were being rushed because it was slow. The staff said they were leaving early since the business was slow.

Bad Experience

The wine selections are fantastic! The food is amazing. Ben The owner is awesome. Everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. The prices range from high end to comfortable. Absolutely magic!
