I’m not religious but then I ordered the Alicha Siga Wot and it changed me as an individual. The world can be a scary place but you will always find pockets of time and space that remind you everything will be okay. Whoever you are, we all could could stand to learn a thing or two about perspective and love. You’ll have the rest of your life to work and worry about money. Take a moment to appreciate what you have while you can because all the things worthwhile because nothing lasts forever. Also the coffee was really good 10/10.
We've been coming here for years. Pre-Covid we were coming in about once a week but we've been in isolation for two years. We ventured out today because we were missing the food. We've ordered take out several times in the last two years, but the warm greetings of the owner, her sunny disposition and affectionate serving of her own recipes is an experience most people will enjoy. In this family run establishment, every recipe is made according to the owner's own recipes and served in authentic baskets under the serving trays. We have eaten at every Ethiopian restaurant in Austin (except the South location of this one, the North location is more convenient for us) and Taste of Ethiopia has the best injera in the city. There are spicy and mild flavors to entice any pallet. See you there!
Delicious food. The owner and her sister are so kind and welcoming.
I freaking love Taste of Ethiopia ♡Best vegan options in Pflugerville. Gluten free ingera upon request. Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff. The ultimate combo is life. Great for double dates. No pictures, because I have no patience sfter this delicious food is in front of my face.
Excellent food, unique coffee.I'd recommend the Shiro Wat(7) for veg, and Zilzil Tibs (2) for meat.Note: I know nothing about Ethiopian food.
Absolutely dirty floor boards and swinging doors to the kitchen paper signs ripped, when is the last time the front door saw some windex? It needs some serious cleaning jm there
