Order through Grub Hub Pizza was nasty, order Fediccini Pasta oily no sauce the side salad was good will not return

For the deep dish has at least 45 mins. Its real good best I've had outside of Chicago. Parking: It parking lot is big but is shared with other businesses.

My family and I went to have dinner here for the First time and it was an UNPLEASANT one!!!. I asked the waitress if they had Alfredo pasta for kids or if Spaghetti w/marinara was the only pasta they offered on the kids menu and she responded No, that was it. So I just had to order my 5 y/o a regular adult portion entree. As we were waiting on the food I realized there was a small paper on the table that offered All you can eat pasta, your choice of pasta, sauce and meat and at the very bottom in small print it mentioned the price for kids. So I asked one of the employees about it and told her I had asked the waitress and she had failed to mention that special, she said it was too late to change it and that the waitress wasn’t aware of that special and that she wasn’t either. Like what?! So nobody is aware of what they are selling?!! Then they shouldn’t be working there or need to be trained better before they get on the floor! I thought that was Absurd! I’ve waitress before and as a server you should know your menu and specials to be able to make suggestions or answer any questions!! Even tho the girl(I think was the Hostess) was very nice and apologetic I don’t understand why they weren’t able to just change it on their system?! Not like I was asking for a whole different entree, only difference was a couple of dollars which wasn’t even the main issue it was just the fact that the waitress wasn’t able to make that suggestion when asked and then they refused to change it to the kid’s price. And the Fact that the waitress then comes AGGRESSIVELY to tell me what I had said when I ordered and I had to Repeatedly tell her that it was ok and not to worry about it but she kept insisting to argue about it instead of apologizing for her lack of knowledge and training!! And then refused to continue to serve us so the other girl said she wasn’t a waitress but she would be taking care of us. So Unprofessional!! Then they bring my son’s pasta first while we waited a LONG time for the rest of the food just so that my Stromboli’s dough is undercooked in the inside!!! Definitely ruined the experience! WE WON’T BE COMING BACK!!!

I really love their deep dish pizzas so much. It’s so much better than other pizza places in the area. It’s a little more expensive but it is deep dish. I recommend it for anyone wanting pizza in Addison.

I lived in Chicago for two years and this is the closest thing I could find here in Texas. The large deep dish pizzas are a great option if you're really hungry and can't decide whether you want to buy a pizza or a week of groceries.

Family wanted Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza so decided to go here for dinner. Ordered the 14" large with half cheese and half pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Took 45 minutes to make which we didn't know so recommend calling the order in and then showing up to eat or pick it up. Staff was very kind and attentive. Restaurant is comfy and casual which works on cold days with the family. Recommend this spot and will definitely go again.
