I only had the banana crème tartine. So good! I always stop here when I’m in San Francisco.

Best bread and croissant in San Francisco!

Had the worst croque monsieur! Burnt, overpriced, over-buttered & not worth the $18 for just plain melted cheese on a piece of toasted bread! Not an authentic french cafe. But the staff was friendly and coffee was not bad

Really great quality (almost enough to make me overlook the prices!). Ham and potato quiche was delish, as were the croissants, gougère, and chocolate-rye cake I took home. The oatmeal porridge bread traveled well and made epic sandwiches. Only odd thing was that the side salad was just a bowl of romaine. Shallot dressing was nice but still… $7.75 for a bowl of romaine was disappointing.

Whilst one of our food items was good as expected, our experience was horribly soured by a couple of staff members. Our order was miscommunicated and we therefore waited 25 minutes for someone to rudely tell us the item wasn’t available anymore. After asking when our order might be ready she got noticeably disgruntled and was of no assistance. Another staff member then offered to refund the approx $10 onto our card which never came through so we paid $10 and waited 25 minutes for nothing Very disappointed as we were so excited to come here after seeing Tartine on Somebody Feed Phil on Netflix.
