Tara's Organic Ice Cream

Incredible ice cream, worth every penny! Lavender and rose were out of this world!

High quality, icey cold, not overly fatty icecream. Reminds me of homemade from my childhood. Wonderfully creative flavors, and yet their vanilla is simply divine. And that bittersweet chocolate sauce is the bomb!

This is my favorite ice cream shop in the Bay Area (if not the world). They have unique flavors like geranium and cardamom, which I love. I also appreciate that their recipes aren’t overly sweet. I see some reviews saying that prices are high compared to most places, but I understand that’s what prices *should* be to provide fair wages to employees and use organic ingredients that are good for us and the planet. (Most ice cream prices are artificially low because of hidden costs paid by the workers and environment.)

Tiny portions, high prices and flavorless ice cream. An all-around disappointment.

This is our family’s favorite ice cream in the Bay Area, and we have tried quite a number of places. The ice cream tastes great with good unique favors, the sesame cones are to die for, the scoop sizes are just right for me, and the cherry on top is that it’s organic so I can convince myself it’s healthier!

The flavors here are incredible and unique. More than worth the prices.
