Quick, delicious home made food. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is flavorful and decently priced.

Beans tasted funny and tortillas were horrible and under cooked. Server was attentive and food served quickly.

Love the food, love the waitresses, love the place. Haven't had anything bad here either.

Update- Hugo made my breakfast meal today and Gardenia was there…. jackpot Monday morning!!!!!!! Update- My beans were sour, food wasn’t as tasty. I wonder if dear Hugo left? I took a star away. Service was better by wait staff though. Hugo and Gardenia are a true treasure to Jalisquense!!!! Hugo the cook makes your food SO YUMMY. Never greasy or bland instead you get a flavorful dish. If you are into fresh fruit drinks, you are in for a treat. They serve -pineapple, melon, Jamaica (hibiscus flower), horchata and a couple of others. For me mornings and brunch have been the best hours to dine. If you are fortunate to get Gardenia to serve you, expect a pleasant and hospitable experience. She makes sure you are well served til you are finished dining. DO NOT GO when the place is full or busy... your food will take too long to arrive and at times cold or you will be left abandoned wondering if anyone will notice you need something. When you are done, pay at the counter, they don’t bring you the bill. Expect to pay $15-$30 per adult including a drink.

Never had any complaints here. Food always good, and service acceptable.

Excellent Mexican food! Best I have had in a while! Great quality ingredients and wonderful service!! I don’t leave very close but will definitely be coming back!
