Terrible place! At the entrance you are forced to wait because there are supposedly no seats, although the tables are empty. We waited 15 minutes for a "free" table, then waited 20 minutes to order. They called the waiter 3 times, different ones came up and said “Yes, now” and left. The administrator came and left 2 times. The service sucks! Don't come here. We left half an hour later without waiting for our order to be taken.
It's a sports bar. The food was basic and it wasn't too bad to eat but I did get sick later that night. I am not sure if it's from TAPs but had to include it.
Was not worth it for the money spent (I do know everything is expensive in Vegas but still.)
This place was okay. We got seated quickly and waitress was mostly attentitive. The food was decent, not great, and like everything in Vegas, was expensive. They were also out of the first 4 beers we requested, which was a bummer.
My daughter and I stayed at the MGM a few days for a concert at the arena. We ordered from here the day of the concert and my daughter got so sick from her chicken sandwich. She hadn't eaten anything else and the sandwich was made plain so it had to be the chicken.
We are supposed to fly home today but she is so sick I may have to find another hotel and stay out here another night. So disappointed. It tasted good, the bartender was great, but the food made her sick.
This is a really such a terrible way to end what was a great trip.
This was one of the most mediocre, disappointing, and salty dinners I’ve had in Vegas. I would recommend people stay away from here.
Our server, Margaret, never asked us about our food after we got it, and so we never got a chance to tell her about the cold tortillas on my fish tacos, the salty-to-the-point-of-burning burgers, the disappointing “street corn” made with frozen corn, or just general blah of the food.
When she finally brought the 3 checks to the table, which is to say their POS machine she struggled to use, she shoved it in my face without saying a word. I guess she needed to close out.
Stay away. Johnny Rockets is a better burger experience for the same price with less fuss.
Kimi was seriously the most incredible server I’ve ever had!! She ensured our food came out super fast so we could make it to our show. Food was incredibly delicious - we got the cheesesteak, pesto chicken, burger and pulled pork.
Best spot for burgers n “Munchies” food. Pete the waiter was totally awesome! Definitely recommend this spot and will come back again!
Had a great time at the bar chatting with Alex. I came to learn many of the bartenders have been there 15 plus years. Alex had a lot of good info on MGM and Vegas in general. Hope to see him again in the future.
