Tap House Grill

First of all, I would recommend signing up for a "Loyalty Account" at The Tap House where you can earn points on each visit to be used for free food.They give you extra points on your birthday each year also. We have always had great service there, and love all the daily specials that they offer, especially the half price burgers on Tuesdays! (Burgers are huge!) They also offer specials occasionally for Rewards members only. We love the menu in general, and occasional changes to it, where we like to try new things! Beer selection is amazing, and they always offer a "beer of the month" at a reduced price. Only 1 special offered during Mardi Gras for Jambalaya that I didn't care for, simply because it was too spicy for me. We love the Tap House and everything about it!

Ordered the bucket of sliders amazing was really good. Hopefully they add this to the menu permanently. It was just a special, but it was delicious. It was perfect for two people. The burgers were perfectly top perfectly. Joel server was amazing. Thank you for the great service.

Easter brunch: was expecting a little more than what was not very nicely presented. Prime rib overcooked and dry. Salmon overcooked and dry. Ham overcooked and dry. Was that the first time they ever made prime rib??? Or salmon?? Bacon, sausage, eggs, french toasts and pancakes kind of ok. Potatoes were good. But any breakfast place serves that and better. I guess when I think Easter brunch I think a much nicer presentation than just putting all of it in chafing dishes and not replenishing them for guests. Took for ever for waiters to bring food when it was empty. Huge fruit bowl, guests had to take more of because they run out of sweets and never brought more while lots of people did not even try any. So basically very disappointing for $37.00 a person. We all were expecting more from Tap House in Oswego. To say the least we never thought that after an Easter brunch at 10 am, we would think about having lunch elsewhere… needless to say never again. Did not feel like Easter or any special day besides when the bunny showed up and the children’s eyes finally lit up. Hope that the guests coming for the 12 o’clock servings had it better… the 10 o’clock sucked… And ok the place is a grill but do not propose a holiday brunch if you cannot execute it.

Easter buffet was not only a great deal, but clean, delicious and convenient. Service was top notch as well.

Food was pretty good for the most part, but prices were kinda hefty for a burger and fries was $16.00 , Drinks were ok. But my blue moon was Luke warm. Not cold. Atmosphere was dead! Completely dead. It's too bad cuz I live 6 minutes away. This place needs a complete make over and daily specials to bring in customers. Not sure how this place stays in business as long as it has!!! Sorry Not hating, but hope it changes soon for the better.

The food and service were remarkable at Tap House Grill. The service I received was outstanding. Very much appreciated.
