***BEST INDIAN FOOD IN SACRAMENTO*** Im not a foodie, and i don't leave reviews unless the food is either atrocious or really blows me away. In this case it's the latter. A small family owned business, with an unassuming exterior, I was pleasantly surprised by the food. The spices/flavor were DEEP, and the medium spice level was actually what it claimed to be! The food was super fresh, and the Naan was toasted or baked to perfection, the char on it added to its texture and taste instead of being "burnt". Me and my friend were still talking about it a day later. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. $13 for the whole meal, cheaper than other "premium" places where they charge $17 min for a meal. GOOD PRICE FOR PREMIUM FOOD. The chef was a dude in his 20s, presumably the son, and I'm impressed by how he made the chicken. Normally I get really sick and tired of shredded chicken texture and it's dryness by the end of the meal, but it was CUBED and JUICY! I ate it all. The rice was also made well. I will be back next time I'm in Sac for sure!!! Also the people were very nice ❤️ the auntie stole my heart with how cute she was. Parking: It's in a plaza.
