The location was a bit hard to find in the area and it's a bit hidden. It's one of the two locations in the Orange County area beside Irvine. Big and has lots of seating, but seems dead during the day, not sure about the nighttime. Cute and bright decorations so it's a plus and suitable for a study group. Parking is no complaint and easy to park since there are lots of them!

We ordered 5 drinks through the phone, and the server was very rude to us. We ordered an cheese foam on one of our drink, but they said they would only do it this time because some drinks couldn't have cheese foam on. Also, we called around 12:15am, but they said the boba wouldn't be ready until 1pm although they opened at 11am. Their menu at the store was also completely different from what they advertised online. We arrived to pick up at around 12:30pm, but our orders weren't ready yet, even got order wrong, but they had us pay ahead. They didn't even have matcha or cheese foam (they literally had nothing). While waiting, they kept telling us that they didn't have this and that every 10 minutes. They could have said it right away or when we got there, but they chose to delay and have us change our order every 10 minutes. We waited at the store for about 30 minutes just for 5 drinks that we already ordered 15 minutes ahead! We would understand if they were busy, but there was zero customer at the store. Their attitude was unacceptable too, when we should be the ones to complain. They didn't even seal our drinks carefully, so one of them was spilled. I now understand why they don't have customer. If you are in a hurry and want takeout, I do not recommend this place.

6:38 and there was no more boba! The fact that they aren't well prepared enough to make boba while supplies are low. I would be more understanding if it was a weekend rush, but it's only a Tuesday. Also, why message that the order is ready, if it's not, that makes the message useless. I would be better off guessing when my drinks would be done. I wish I could take my tip away. The drinks are overpriced and not even close to being good. It tasted like sugar tap water and their pancake is so bad. And their crème brûlée is from COSTCO, might as well save the $7. The CASHIER is hella sassy and rude. Overall: Service is terrible and even more disappointing the drinks are even worse. For $7 average on 8 different drinks. None of them were good. Also, they don’t know how to follow directions - less ice means less ice not half the cup.
