I was actually dying of hunger but Tamashii Ramen brought me back to life. It's a small restaurant near the Forest Hills LIRR and subway station that, as their name implies, is most known for ramen. There are some other dishes like Donburi and fried cutlets, plus standard appetizers. I had the curry ramen and I thought it was really nice. The broth and noodles had a yummy flavor, and the fried chicken on top was also good. I want to try the other dishes! Service was fast and the prices are affordable. I think if you're a tall person you have to watch out for hitting your head on the lights - they hang kind of low. Dietary restrictions: Some of the ramen is made with pork broth, so please be aware.

What can I say, this is the spot for ramen and delicious chicken bowls in the neighborhood! I I love coming here for a quick bite, the food is amazing, fresh and the servers are very kind! I was so happy to see the Inuyasha artwork in the back of the restaurant it really gave off the Japanese vibe!

The food is good the staff are polite and friendly the only downside is it's really small and often crowded with long wait times. perfect for takeout and in a great neighborhood with lots of other dinning options if the crowd and long wait is too much definitely worth a try for a good bowl of ramen

Pork buns were pretty awful. Buns didn't taste fully steamed and garnished with spring mix salad. Doesn't seem like a traditional garnish. Pork was bland.

Sure, here is a Google review for Tamashi Ramen: A Taste of Japan in the Heart of Queens 5 out of 5 stars Tamashi Ramen was a delightful surprise in the heart of Queens. My sister-in-law's mother took us there, and we were all so impressed! The place is warm and inviting, with a traditional Japanese decor that made us feel like we were transported straight to Tokyo. I had the chicken katsu, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The panko breading was light and flavorful, and the sauce was just the right amount of sweetness and tang. The other family members also loved their meals. My husband had the pork katsu ramen, and he said the broth was rich and savory, with perfectly cooked noodles and tender pork. My sister-in-law had the shoyu ramen, and she raved about the flavorful soy sauce broth and the melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork. And to top it all off, we were treated to some free ice cream mochi! It was the perfect way to end a perfect meal. Here are some of the things we loved about Tamashi Ramen: The food: Delicious and authentic Japanese cuisine, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The atmosphere: Warm and inviting, with a traditional Japanese decor. The service: Friendly and attentive. The price: Very reasonable for the quality of the food. We will definitely be back to Tamashi Ramen soon! It's the perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner with friends and family. Tips: The restaurant can get crowded, so it's a good idea to make a reservation if you're going with a large group. They have a large menu, so there's something for everyone. Be sure to try the free ice cream mochi! I highly recommend Tamashi Ramen to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Japanese meal in Queens. You won't be disappointed!
