love the place and food

3.5 stars, but 4 stars because maybe we visited on an off day! They had a huge variety of toppings, but were out of several varieties of bagels. It was hard to understand the ordering process and checkout was a bit confusing. The bagel was okay but memorable. Wanted to experience a NY bagel but left wanting to try another place.

Very rude staff, extremely over priced, so many better choices. Find it disgusting when successful establishments think they can abuse their clientele just because they are popular and busy. Will not be returning.

Wow I wish i read the reviews before ordering. I agree with how mediocre food is, (just not so special bagels with spreads. No veggies to add on for the same price where other places have tomato, lettuce and such) Three workers were yelling at a customer in front of me for wanting a napkin and a bag. The whole experience was so unpleasant.

Just 2 stars because the customer service is really bad. I wasn't filled welcome when we asked for the food and at the time of payment. It's a really bad coffee also. The good part was the bagels 5*****

Get there early for the freshest bagels, they don't make egg bagels which is a bummer

Soooo goood!!! Veggie cream cheese with everything bagel. Workers were so friendly! Love this place

The just always seems like it’s missing something. The first bagel I tasted was lacking flavor and cheese. The 2nd bagel had cheese but the meat…was flavorless. It has the potential to be so much more if the meat is seasoned. Bland comes to mind. I have devoured superior sandwiches from my local deli. Eat well my friends.

I was ready to buy my bagel with cream cheese this morning then suddenly the lady at the register with A Huge Bandaid On Her Finger grabs my bagel, inspects it close to her eye then says 5 something. Noooo! I chose not to buy it and left
