Tai Tung Chinese Seafood Restaurant

First time experience is so so but, it should improve as time goes on

I dined in this restaurant for morning tea, their dim sum is good, have a lot of choices, for me the most important part is hot and fresh which they did it. Their staff are nice and friendly, they will give recommendations when being asked. For me, the only negative comment is, they do not accept credit cards, they only accept cash and debit cards.

The service was horrible. My wife and I was asked to order our food right after we sat at the table. We asked for a few mins to go over the menu as that was our first time there. The waitress came back in 2-3 mins, we told her politely we need a little more time. Then she never showed up! Maybe 15-20 mins later we had to call a waiter to take our order. The food was OK, but no one ever stop by to check if we needed more water or anything. After we finished, we hoped someone would bring us the bill. But we were totally ignored. I even tried to eye contact the waitress several times but she pretended she didn't see us. After a long wait, at less 15 mins, I walked to a waiter asking for our check, then he came over to our table. I complained that my waster glass was empty but nobody cared about that. And he pointed to my wife's glass and said that was water. I'm stunned, are you kidding me? When dining at restaurants, the customers not only want to taste good foods but also want to enjoy the experience of friendly services. Sorry I have to give it a single star resting.
