Tacos El Cuñado at the Downtown Market

Best tacos in GR but the worst service too! Can you endure the poor service to eat amazing food? Tonight they were closed for a staff meeting, but answering machine didn’t state that. Last time they were closed for a catering event. Even when they are open they are slow.

We had catering for our wedding in the downtown market greenhouse and it was simply amazing! Such great quality food and Tracey was so great to work with!

I'm blown away by how low the ratings are on this place (esp. compared to others like stan's, condado, barrio, etc.). This location always brings the heat. The flavors are out of this world. It's for sure a step up in quality compared to most other taquerias around town.

Such great food! The California burrito is well worth it! Such a filling meal at an affordable price. Absolutely delicious.

Least favorite place in the market and no where near the best Mexican town. Chips were stale, salsa had no flavor and tasted watered down and my taco was filled with rubbery fat pieces. Vegetarian options: Cacti options

We had the lunch taco special, we both got chicken. The chicken was so flavorful and juicy, even 3 days later! The refried beans were probably the best I've had compared to Beltline, Stan's Tacos, El Burrito... the rice wasn't my fave but still good. THE ABSOLUTE STAR OF THE SHOW!!! Was the pineapple salsa!!! So fresh tasting!!! Literally bottle that and sell it!
