Tacos Don Paco

I really like the food from this place the only thing I would suggest is to have a person with better knowledge and fluency in the language when taking phone orders Unfortunately it took me longer to place the order due to lack of understanding than my meal being prepared. The gall that takes orders over the phone can definitely benefit of more training

I’ve gone to Tacos Don Paco a few times the food is pretty good and service is okay and atmosphere is basic but clean. Tonight was the first time I came across an issue and it’s unfortunate it wasn’t resolved. I called in and ordered a California burrito that would be picked up. When I ordered I had asked what comes in the California burrito then I asked for no pico de gallo however when I received the burrito it had onion and cilantro when I called to ask why they said that the guacamole has onion and cilantro in it. If I ask what comes in the burrito it would have been a good idea to mention that the guacamole comes with onion and cilantro. To tell me that is just how it comes like instead of taking accountability for not letting me know when I asked is unprofessional. Then expecting me to drive to give you the burrito and get a new one the same night is ridiculously inconvenient for me. You could offer to give me a new one or a discount for the next order. When an issue arises in a company the way you handle it says a lot.
