Wow. I’ve been coming to Ay Ay Tacos for so long & never wrote a review! Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. They all work so hard, & they’re such an amazing part of the community. Thank you for sharing your space & delicious food. It’s my all time favorite place & everyone is my favorite here! Be kind to all of them! The best Mexican food you’ll get!!! & if you ever meet Mimi or Ceasar / your day will be forever made.
Best authentic Mexican food in northern Colorado! Tortillas are so doughy and good! Reasonably priced as well.
Premo taco vibes Everything is top notch. Big ups to ay ay ay
The only place that has tripitas similar to the ones I’d get in Mexico! And the habanero salsa is perfect
Genuinely shocked by all the positive reviews. Ate here a while back and was served, honest to god, the worst burrito I've had in my life. I know that sounds like hyperbole, but I really can't think of a worse burrito I've ever had. Undercooked, flavorless vegetables and rubbery mushrooms. It tasted like it'd barely even been salted. Maybe the meat's amazing and somehow more than makes up for the godawful veggies, but I wouldn't know; the veggie burrito I got was absolutely horrid. It's a damn shame that Taquería Esperanza died while this place yet lives.
Good spot for quick tacos, lots of flavor
Read about this taco place on my Yelp newsletter about 100 best places to eat in the US. That is a very tall order, one of the 100. This is mostly for takeout as there are no tables and some bench seats facing the wall. I ordered 4 tacos, babacoa, carnitas, lengua and pescado. They are good, but there is at least one other Mexican restaurant in Boulder County that is just as good and at a lower price.
