Taco Shack Bar & Grill Stuart

I went with my friend to this taco shack to enjoy some food. Ordered, never got my platanos I paid $7 for 6 ounces. Terrible service. Had to get up and ask at the register for our drinks. Never had somebody to help us at our table. Had to get up and ask for a box. Just horrible service, would not go again considering a I paid for my food and didn’t even receive it.

We decided to go to Taco Shack after not getting service at one of the local restaurant chains. Great decision to walk over to Taco Shack. The food is terrific, service was great. Fresh Salsa and chips and the Margaritas were to die for. If you want authentic fresh made Tacos, hit up Taco Shack!

Awful experience waited over an hour for one order the employees could hardly even go check on the order they were honestly clueless. I’ve seen others get their orders but I had to wait an hour? The manager didn’t apologize or nothing for the wait so I don’t recommend ordering delivery or to go from this place unless you want to wait ‍♀️ just take your business elsewhere bc yesterday was ridiculous. It was busy but EVERYONE was already been taken care of and were sitting at a table but the other delivery drivers and pick up orders were helped very quickly vs me as I waited an hour I was told repeatedly “ a few More minutes ” “a few more minutes “ well that turned into a flipping hour. I couldn’t imagine dining in and ordering this that it would take an hour ?? The girl with glasses and that glitter on her face was useless as in for helping me with anything so avoid coming here for to go or placing an order on Uber or door dash bc you’ll probably wait an hour too. It’s very unprofessional in this department ^

Cool spot. Great choices in tacos. Service was a bit strange like we had a robot who was defeated by eye contact.

Quality has dimmed recently. Feels like they went corporate and reduced costs on food quality. Too pricey for what you get. Miss the old days!
