Taco Mac Decatur

I like Taco Mac, i like the convenience for my lunch breaks because of how close it is. But I really need better customer service. Today, I placed an online order, waited for the expected time (30min), and it still took an additional 20 for me to receive my order. I understand that delays happen but communication was lacking in terms of the hold up. This is the 4th time I can recall where it took either far longer to receive an order or having waited for nearly an hour and having to leave to go elsewhere (or back to work). I need an improvement on customer service and communication. That’s the weak spot imo.

The service was abysmal, (extremely bad), the service was the black guy with the tattoos on his face. We never got refills, everything I asked for they claim they didn’t have, he never came back to check on us.. my wings were wrong, the crew and the managers were only concerned about closing down. We showed up at 10:07, they close at midnight. It was super uncomfortable because the waiters wouldn’t even get what we needed. 0/10 the worst service and food

Normally, this spot is great for lunch. But today was a big disappointment. Food was very over cooked and not so tasty. Won't be back for a while.

Taco Macs wing are really good and consistent regardless of location. My brother in law and I go frequently and our favorite wing flavors are lemon pepper dry and BBQ. If a new flavor is available we will try it. If not then our 30 piece is completed with hot Buffalo. This trip the new flavor was Hot Honey Mustard. It wasn't terrible, but not what I was expecting. I figured a sweet heat...this was heat. Won't get those again. But still enjoyed everything else.
