Vegetarian options: Lots of meat, even in the normal tacos Parking: In a parking lot

Wish I could give it ONE star!! Spent $60 for a delivery meal SPECIFICALLY requesting NO LETTUCE on ANYTHING due to food allergies in our house. EVERYTHING came with lettuce and was COLD. I would have been fine with a new order being delivered but when I called I was told the manager would have to do a refund. Left my name and number and no response. Called again the following Monday, left my name and number, again NO response. Called AGAIN today and was told that I will have to GO IN with proof of my order during the managers hours that he will be there in order to get a refund.... he is there Friday from 7am to noon. That's it. Lol so this place expects me to take time off of MY job and use MY gas for a delivery order THEY screwed up?? Nah... don't think so TJ's. Filed a complaint with the BBB and will be calling the store manager on Friday. How can a business NOT give a refund when I GIVE them my order number, am willing to email my proof, whatever, but PAY more for an order YOU guys screwed up?? Let's use our brains a little here hmm....

Food was as expected, a little bit sloppy due to the mount cheese sauce this time around. But good flavor wise.

We came through the drive thru. Car in front of us had some variety of issue with their food and wouldn't leave. Despite getting yelled at the cashier was very nice when we got to the window. We apologized on the other customers behalf. Food was excellent. Potato oles top notch. Will definitely be back!
