I gave my best as a worker but Don Mario, owner of the restaurant, fired me in the worst way in front of all the workers and clientele, unethical on his part, in addition to working overtime due to the irresponsibility of his colleagues who did not want to go, he I scream and I am forced out of the restaurant just because of a misunderstanding. Dear friends, I recommend not looking for a job at Taco Casa Melisa, thank you.
This was my first time eating at this place. I was pleasantly surprised. The lady waiting on me was nice, the food was good and I definitely plan on going back.
They don’t have combos so it gets too expensive to order a la cart. Ordered coke with meal and it was so watered down didn’t even taste like coke. This has always been my go to for a drive thru but today was my last visit.
Nicest "taco joint" I've been in. All fresh, all just what you wanted, and Always generous with the cheese!
The food is fresh and good. Service is friendly, restaurant is clean.
DONT STOP AT THIS LOCATION NO MATTER WHAT!!!! They were offering a buy one get one free if you use the scan code on the display board, which I had no idea about until offered to me. Well, since I was ordering for other people, I was told by another employee that I could use the code a second time for the other orders, but it had o be scanned using another phone. BOOM!! I pull out another phone. All of a sudden, some supervisor dude jumps in the conversation, intimidating the worker saying they couldn't do that because they will lose money. I said, place looks pretty empty to me already and you're not making any money, plus I'm buying multiple items so what's the issue if I use another phone on a separate order, it's not your money, the company is promoting this obviously to keep business and 2 items are only free out of the orders. Then dude coped an attitude and started making stuff up like, you have to come back on another day to use it again, they only let you use it once a month, and the big one, "you have to be a completely different person!" I said ok, so if I get another person out of the car to come in with my other phone, it's ok? He said, "No, you have to be a completely different customer." I said, "Show me the fine print proof of this foolishness because it doesn't even say it on the display board." He said the manager, JORDAN, said it! lol, what a goof to make up lies and pass it on to someone else the food quality isn't that great nor fresh like it used to. I had to stand there and watch him like the child he was acting like, so he wouldn't put anything in our food!!! This location will close soon. There's no customer base anymore.
