Good service, very friendly
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They have horrible customer service. I’ve gone here multiple times and each time they are missing SOMETHING from my order. If you try to get what you originally ordered they fuss and fight with you even though it was their mistake. The manager Claudia sat there and went back and forth with me about 3pk flautas that weren’t in my bag, which lead to me calling the district manager. The whole experience here is a 0/10. And the ironic thing is as I was in a dispute over missing items, another customer came in the store saying they were missing 2 tacos from his order. So apparently this is an everyday thing for them. This taco cabana and the one on bandera that had rats are what makes me not want to bother spending $$$ here.
Great staff, food and atmosphere!
I just got home, I only ordered 2 meals. My cabana bowl wasn’t even cooked all the way. I call the store and you can’t even get anyone on the phone or leave a voicemail.
I went through the drive through and got a bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup. When I got home and unpacked it there were so many cups of things to put in it I was surprised. There was a package of Spanish rice, container of cheese, sliced limes and a package of Tortilla straps. I put everything in the soup and it was great!! I am going back tomorrow for another bowl!
