Really bad customer service, we Waited for over 10 minutes and No one came to the counter

Service was very short, from the order process to the end. We watched older woman serve all other guests and just left our food on the counter. She seemed very annoyed at either us or just to be at work in general and was not a welcoming experience. Felt very excluded and unwelcome. To finish the visit I got to enjoy walking out the door into a cloud of smoke where she was smoking a cigarette.

This store just keeps getting worst. Tonight the service was bad, the food was bad, the condiment bar had to spoon to scoop hot sauce or salsa, the tables and floor were dirty, the employees were all looking at their cell phones, just bad experience all around. The Owner needs to do an undercover Boss walk through.

Pulled up at 10:45 staff never asked what I wanted pulled up to window saw staff just throwing food at each other but tried to hide and never came to window.

The last time I went to this taco cabana the order was wrong and had to go back. Today same thing so I had to do back and tell them what was missing. The same lady was at the window both times who says she is the supervisor didn’t say I am sorry for the order being wrong nothing. She acted like it didn’t matter. Take pride in your job for goodness sakes. don't come to this taco cabana go somewhere else.

Horrible service. First I was in the drive through and the drive through was empty. I kept saying hello I am ready to order. Had to go to the front window to order and no one was there. Then the cook came out and said what would you like the cashier will be right back. I told him I have been waiting for 10 minutes for someone to attend me.she finally comes and takes my order.like if I inconvenienced her. Very rude. Obese African American lady should be fired.
