Food and restaurant was not the best. The self serve area needed to be clean and the chicken fajitas were dry as if they were cooked hours ago

Went in twice, got a simple order wrong twice.. They argued saying I was wrong then asked why I was wrong.. Went to El Pollo loco next door for better experience..

Short one taco on my to go order. Absolutely HATE this... Not returning...

Tbh, I think the nachos were out of date, Because I went straight to the bathroom.

I used to deal with this location for quite some time in the past until Month ago I got order to go and I got very bad food poison, tried to call the store, call the guest relations no one answered, left many messages .I been watching employees while I was waiting for myorder to go,most of them don't fellow the guild lines for the safety health by all the kind.I would not recommend to anyone after this bad experience and non professional staff for not even responding to your complaint. If I could rate this a 0 I would, I ordered a plate which included hard shell tacos and didn’t include sour cream on them. To my surprise and disgust, there was black hair on my hard shell taco. Completely disgusting, waste of money, not sure about their hygiene practices but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!
