I was just here Asked for a cheese quesadilla watched the guy not wash his hands stick them directly into the cheese drawer and proceed to make the meal. I guess teaching health standards isn't a thing at this location.

Nice place for a quiet meal. Very clean.

The location needs attention. The employees didn't notice or didn't care the tea dispenser was leaking. It caused a mess around the beverage area. I can only imagine they didn't clean up the area. They didn't have servers to take the food to the customers. I missed the service from other locations. The food didn't make up for the lack of service. Maybe it was a Sunday?

I went through the drive thru and the person at the window forgot to give me my order. I called and the manager stated it was my fault because I drove off. AFTER the person at the window said “thank you have a nice day.” She told me she would refund me and to go back for my order and they would re make it. I drove 20 minutes back and the woman the window handed me the same food that has been waiting for over 20 minutes at this point. When I asked if they re made it she came back and handed me my refund. She claimed the manager was too busy to come to the window. The manager came to the window and handed me the food without saying a word and closing the window. When I got home I found my food broken and thrown inside of the box. Soggy and cold. The order was not re made. Terrible service
