Good Morning Everyone, To rate our experience any lower than a 1 star would be optimal. The on-site employee by the name Edwin stated he wont assist me with my order after I've been directed over to the onsite team from customer support regarding any edits or cancellation of the order. As stated in their policy they have a 18 hour window to make any changes. Edwin seems to not be in compliance not only from the policy that Taco Cabana seems to follow but also with his attitude over the phone. Not only was he giving a massive attitude and being blantly disrespectful no matter what he reports to his upper supervisor, I am more surprised that this attitude is coming from a manager to say the least. As a massive order for a business you would think that they would treat you with respect and assist you. However that is not the case, as all we wanted was to edit the time frame of delivery. Please go over with your employees regarding over the phone customer service and attitude as treatment towards your customers in that way wont result in any referrals or customer returns. Please train your staff to be better.

My favorite fast food taco place. Plus they have frozen margaritas.
