Food was stale and cold. Dont ever go to this location. Chicken felt like you were chewing rubber. Yikes. Avoid this place as much as possible.

Never seen a Taco Bell closed before midnight what a disappointment

This taco bell has gone downhill. I really wanted to give this location another chance, but the food received tonight was not edible. I will never go to this location again.

I went through the drive thru and I order two fountain drinks. There were 3 younger females working and they all three had an attitude. The one girl looked me in my eyes rolled her eyes and ran away from the window. I drove away without my drinks. Customer service is something you have to have. And those three girls do not have it.

Lady in the drive threw was so rude. If I wasn't with my mother I would have had a few choice words for her. Will NEVER go there again. Sorry we inconvenienced her by trying to have lunch there.

I am so sick of the lazy lousy staff that Taco bell hires! You cannot walk into a taco bell now and not either be ignored or rudely told to just use the kiosk. Two locations today Westerville Oh and Columbus, Oh 161. Neither would take my order even though neither was busy in either the Drive through or on the inside. Taco bell has food I like, but the service has become so bad that I rarely go anymore. You pay these lazy people 15 to 19 dollars an hour and they treat people like trash. You are going to lose a lot of business. I used to go 5-6 times a month. Now I try every month or so and end up walking out pissed off. My wife keeps asking why I even try. I guess she is right stop wasting time and money at Taco Bell. Sad...

This is the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to in my entire life. It should not take 20 minutes to get three cars through the drive-thru. Will not be back.

Omg this is the most ghetto Taco bell EVER We just waited 45 min in drive thru for young girl to fight with a customer so obnoxious and no one got waited on. She just let everyone sit for 45min for nothing. Will be calling corporate and never go to that location again. Would give a zero
