The Taco Bell App placed my order to a location twenty minutes out from my current location. Upon arrival to this location; I was told that my order wasn't at that, my usual secondary, location either - After going inside the staff, did the utmost in rectifying the situation, taking the mistake of the application on themselves, without slowing their line, even slightly, in the process to keep up quality and customer base for the company as a whole. Absolutely incredible teamwork at this location managed this evening by Latoya. Johnson Vegetarian options: Beans instead of meat -

LaToya was fantastic! We have never experienced a more kind and enthusiastic person! She got our food out quick and was very patient despite our somewhat big order. With this kind of great service, you’d think you were at Chick-fil-A!! LaToya needs a raise or bonus or something because she deserves it.

Food okay if you're looking for a quick snack

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE , our food was absolutely awful. We ordered a Chalupa Cravings box and the chalupa was super stale , the Taco was soggy like it has been sitting there for hours, the burrito had beans when I specifically asked for No beans. On top of that they didn’t have us no utensils.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell location for awhile, usually always drive-thru orders, and usually late at night when I’m off work (9-11pm typically.) and I must say, the late night workers are always so friendly and polite, specifically would like to point out that I was served this evening by LaToya Renee, who I haven’t been served here by yet, and she was the most kind and spirited person I’ve ever encountered in a drive thru. I personally think she deserves a raise and that other restaurants should have LaToya teach a class to their employees on customer service because her personality is just phenomenal for someone working at 9:45 at night, and I work in customer service and late sometimes too, it’s rough, but she has a smile on her face and will put a smile on yours!
