waited 40 min for my order inside and they handed it out to someone else.. along with 10 other people who were waiting just as long as me. they also messed up my order and they said they would give me a cinnamon twists for the mess ups and didn’t even give me any. do bettterrr

Love Taco Bell, but they run out of breakfast food thirty mins before breakfast ends. No flexibility in accommodating customers. Friendly, but poor planning

Aside from all the fast food places doing this self serve kiosks. The staff is still very nice, helpful and above all clean. Watching my food being made, I see everyone on the line change gloves multiple times. The couple times they have messed my order up, they quickly fixed it, with no question other than what they can do to make it right. The only recommendation i can make to the GM here is..... Are you able to bring back the coin game we grew up with? The one that lets you win some free food and the money goes to charity. Everyone over 30 reading this knows exactly what water/coin game I'm talking about. If you don't then you missed out on some great childhood memories. Landing a quarter on the smallest plate gets you a bean burro or beef chalupa. Could only win once a day per store.

It's fast food. Dependable. Check your bag before you leave and make sure you have everything you ordered before you leave.
