Taco Bell

Every time I sit in the drive thru here, it takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes before I finally get to make the order. The staff typically do not follow instructions. I placed an order on DoorDash (through the Taco Bell app) at 0935 this morning for a breakfast item, it said my delivery would be prepared and delivered by 1000. At 0958 the store canceled my order because they were evidently too lazy to make it before lunch hours. Since I used a gift card, I could not get a refund. I work overnights with emergency services and this is my dinner, so I am pretty pissed off to say the least. I then chose to try to give them a call.....4 times. They didn't answer any of the 4 calls I made. Shameful. Update 03/13/2024 - same thing happened again where I made an order well before they stop serving breakfast and they just cancel it.

I usually just get take out or go through the drive through so I am not sure on how the inside looks , but. I have never had a problem with this location. Food is always quick and made well. Nothing is ever missing and customer service is always great. One of the better locations I have been.

Drink machine doesn't work. I wanted a drink with my meal.

Always getting my orders wrong and always have to go back because I'm always missing a few things I've ordered and in the drive thru when you go to exit there's a really big hole in the ground and I worry it's going to mess up my tires

Waited 40+ minutes for a mobile order and couldn’t get help from store employees

Food is bland and rice is always hard.

Place did me dirty. Mobile order for a bomb a meal and they give me 2 burritos. Someone left w my bomb a food. Waited 15 minutes for 2 nasty floppy bean burrito. Shaaaaaaaaaaaame

This location has people that would rather hang out in the parking lot than make sure orders are completed. The bad part is they I’m pretty sure she was the manager. Terrible customer service. Food was cold by the time I got my drinks. 12 mins to make 2 large freezes

This has gotten better over the last few months but still very disappointing. I live 3 minutes away about a half mile. And I usually drive 15 minutes to a different tacobell because I can trust they will get the order correct. And in somewhat of a timely manner. Maybe one day I'll be able to come back to this taco bell regularly.
