I ordered the grilled cheese deluxe box, on the menu in the drive thru it stated that it came with the soft chicken cantina taco, chalupa, burrito, cinnamon twist and medium drink. I opted for a dragon fruit freeze for my drink. When I received my food, instead of the chicken cantina taco there was a Doritos locos taco and nachos. I pulled back around to let the guy know my order was wrong. He proceeded to tell me no and that I had gotten what I ordered. I told him again what I had ordered and spoke to me as if I didn’t know how to read. I remained calm despite how rude he was treating me and read to him verbatim what it said was included off of the menu and took a picture of it. He told me to pull around stating that he didn’t have time for me with this as they had other customers. So I drove around to show him the picture, he would not read it and persisted that he knows what on the menu. As I was trying to explain to him what’s more he told me that I got what I asked for and he will waste no more time talking to me and slammed the window in my face. I was persistent because I knew what I read and still have the menu picture for reference, but I never raised my voice and tried to reason with him. I didn’t even ask to be refunded for being given the wrong food. But I’ve never felt so degraded in my life just trying to place and get an order corrected. I typically don’t make complaints for something so trivial, but sometimes people don’t forget how they were made to feel.
