I had an issue with my mobile order so I went to the store and paid for a new order in person. Instead of not accepting the mobile order, they confirmed it and the app said it was made and ready for pick up AFTER I ordered and paid for a separate order. I could not cancel my mobile order because the store confirmed it and it already charged my card. The store manager claimed they could not help me and that they cannot confirm or cancel a mobile order when it is sent to the store. The manager claims that even though the order tracker said the store confirmed my order and it was ready for pick up that they had not had any mobile orders all day even though the app confirms the store location and alerted me when it was ready. Was so rude and blatantly did not even want to try to help me

When it comes to using the drive-through at this Taco Bell location, I've consistently encountered slow service. The wait times are often prolonged, and it appears that staffing levels are insufficient to handle the demand efficiently. If the drive-through service improved, I would gladly give this location a higher rating.

Bathroom was disgusting. The toilet and sing were stained. The kitchen was out of medium cups and Chicken. They still sold those things on their kiosk so you would not find out until after you paid.
