Wont serve you breakfast unless you go through the Drive through no walk in aloud for breakfast and they are extremely rude

The staff here seems uninterested in customer service....

Drive thru order on our way to St Pete Beach and they messed it up. Ordered tacos and burritos, they messed up the ingredients not once but twice. We only went back to this location expecting them to be better, but it's their way of showing their consistency! I would advise customers to get the food elsewhere and avoid this location if you value your money and time.

Spent $13 on this. It’s absolutely ridiculous. The workers were joking around and laughing when they should have been making my food correctly. I spent $6 for a quesadilla that had barely any steak, sauce, or cheese. I spent $4 on a “five layer burrito” that had 1oz of nacho cheese and maybe 1.5oz of beef. I’m not sure where the other 3 layers were. This is so disappointing, when I work all day and just want to grab something to eat on the way home. I will now have to drive to the 66th street location, as they seem to be the only place that knows how to prepare food.

We ordered ahead from the app. The app doesn't have all the drink choices that are actually offered at the restaurant. So we always have to change the drinks when we get to the drive-thru. One drink is the mango tea. The other is sweet tea. Then last night the new person at the window said they no longer have sweet tea.! We said that didn't seem right. We always get sweet tea, It's a very popular drink. Then the new person said "well I don't know, there's no sweet tea container ". She did ask anyone if they knew. She just let us drive away. Poor customer service. Went back another day and they had sweet tea Surprise! surprise! Updated: 2/23/24. Ordered on the App again. Once again No sweet tea offered on the app. AND this time the App would not let me choose the drive through, it made us go inside. First we were ignored standing at the counter for 15mins. Even when no one was in the drive thru. Finally I spoke up because I saw them put my order to the side. When they gave us the drinks the tea look practically clear. So we tasted prior to leaving. It tasted like water.. The young girl said "That is how it was made today, I can't do anything about it". So she can't remake the Tea that was obviously made incorrectly. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PROPER TRAINING.

When you need that fix what better place is there
