I know to expect long delays late at night, but waiting nearly an hour in the drive-through at midnight was a bit much (I was desperate for food). Then the food I ordered was incorrect, so I asked them to remake it. The remade order was also incorrect in the same way - they both had lettuce in it when I'd asked for it without. I already left the second time (I assumed after screwing it up once they'd get it right the second time). The line was so long I couldn't exactly go and get another. The employees were nice, but good lord that doesn't make a difference if takes them an hour and they can't get the right orders out.
Ngl they did it right on St Patrick’s Day for me. Craziest day of the year for food service in the city and they took care of your boy. The flatbread and 5-layer were LOADED. The quesadilla was average. I love Taco Bell and this stop didn’t disappoint. I kinda wanna go back through and get the same order but my guts would probably explode. 4/5
It’s just not worth it. Every time we come something is missing. Going through the drive-through or even going inside something gets screwed up. The folks there are in different to be kind. It’s so frustrating. It’s the Taco Bell near my house: it is something that my kids love; it is very convenient to order on the app; but it is just. not. worth. it. I have been stuck in the drive-through for over 30 minutes at points because they have a curb that you can’t jump over. I have left there with food that was badly prepared and often times missing. I keep convincing myself to give them one more chance and I keep being disappointed. Never again!
Just stopped by for lunch. I thought there was going to be a weird incident. Thanks to GREAT MANAGEMENT, I have no complaints. Only a compliment to a manager who should be recognized.
Just another Taco Bell, the gentleman taking the orders was great, and the food was thrown together pretty sloppy, like all toppings on one side of the taco, but overall, not too bad for fast food.
Placed online order. Took 30 mins to get an order that was wrong. Missing items and incorrect items. Went inside to notify staff of the order and it took another 20 mins. Feel cheated for the value of the food. $50 is way too much for what I ordered.
