Taco Bell

Have been there twice for breakfast before work, and both times their customer service was not great. They seemed upset and in a hurry, even though it was 645 am and there was just one car ahead of me in the drive thru. Also, how can they not serve COFFEE…?

Nothing wrong with the food, order was done on time. but the employees don't seem to enjoy the fact that they're working.... which they should be extremely appreciative of. One of the female employees was side-eyeing me the entire time I was in there, but when I asked if I could use the restroom after picking up my order, she acted like she couldn't hear me or didn't realize that I was there. Yeaahhhh

Good customer service, however in last visit around 5pm the employees like to play around too much, customer service is better in the am shift.

Restrooms are atrocious, staff was only concerned about drive thru traffic

Food is good but service sucks. They take your order when they're in the mood. If not they'll ask you to order on the kiosk. I've spent my lunch hour here before and I've never seen them wide down the kiosks, not once. IMO, freaking disgusting. Given the amount of homeless that hangout in the area. The least they can is keep it clean it or wipe with disinfectant .
