Taco Bell

Have received sloppily made food on many occasions. Today was my final trip to this location. I order roughly 10 items off the menu not a single one is correct. I find out after driving 20 minutes home just to have to drive back. Staff was unapologetic and acted like i was an inconvinence for receiving the wrong order. If i was petty enough i would take this location to small claims court for the gas money i had to waste just to get the correct order of food. I will no longer go to this subpar location.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service and our food was ice cold!!!! I walked in to pick up my mobile order and was ignored. The 2 ladies were too wrapped up in ordering for THEMSELVES! Whispering and using hand signals like they were up to something…almost seemed like they were stealing because they were acting very secretive like they didn’t want me to hear what they were saying. I finally said: my order is on the shelf. Can I just get my order so I can leave? The black girl said: oh, I thought you were needing to order now.” Like that makes it even worse that a customer has to wait on you because you want to take your sweet time and not even call for someone to take the order but make the customer stand there for forever! Ridiculous! Save your money and go elsewhere! These idiots only care about themselves and a paycheck.

I decided to drive down Culebra to grab Taco Bell for lunch. I used the drive thru and ordered 2 Beef Chalupa supreme’s and 1 order of Chips N Cheese. Once I got back to my place of employment I opened up my bag ready to eat my lunch and well the pictures I posted speak for themselves. I definitely WILL NOT be returning to the Taco Bell Culebra location.

I hate when people are rude and just toss the food bag like sorry.. Just because you have to work Easter Day doesn’t mean you have to be ugly to your customers. TacoBell Im very disappointed in your customer service. Never in my life have I got my food tossed at me. For something that you guys made wrong. So to the TacoBell on 11215 culebra rd San Antonio 78254 To the lady with the blonde/ greenish hair I really hope you realize how wrong that was

La persona que atiende en el drive que grosera simplemente si no le agradas tira tu comida y te habla con groserías . Me dio mi comida de mala manera y al tirarla se regó todo estoy muy enojada mujer de cabello rubio pintado a verde das pena busca otro trabajo que no sea atender al cliente
