I found out the hard way that if a mobile order isn't picked up it will not be refunded. I tried explaining my situation to the workers so I could get a refund and they told me they would have a manager call me back... never got a call back and never got my refund.

This is the best Taco Bell. I’ve been to in a while, I came back up there after they forgot my soda. They gave me a new one no questions I apologize the customer service was amazing.

Love the speed of the drive thru. I ordered a few things from the value of menu. Couple of a them were good one was extremely dry( Chicken burrito)
